Langkah Memasak Rainbow soup #mpasi 12+

  1. Siapkan semua bahan : wortel Dan ayam potong dadu kecil, sosis potong kecil. Kocok lepas telur ayam, sisihkan.
  2. Geprek bawang putih kemudian cincang, sisihkan.
  3. Rebus kaldu ayam + air + jahe geprek (aku bikin sendiri ya mom's... Kalau ngga ada bs diganti air biasa nanti ditambah kaldu ayam buat baby diakhir.
  4. Panaskan wajan beri sedikit minyak zaitun, tumis bawang putih cincang hingga harum.
  5. Masukkan ayam yg telah dipotong dadu ke dalam tumisan bawang.
  6. Tumis ayam hingga berubah warna.
  7. Jika air kaldu sudah mendidih, Masukkan tumisan ke dalam panci kaldu, kemudian Masukkan sosis dan sayuran.
  8. Masukkan lada bubuk, gula garam. Cek rasa.
  9. Terakhir sambil air kaldu diaduk terus, Masukkan perlahanbtelur yang telah dikocok lepas. Matikan api.
  10. Taraaa.... Sup rainbow sehat telah jadi.
