  2. You need 60 ml of whipping cream cair.
  3. Prepare 260 ml of susu full cream cair.
  4. You need 60 gr of gula halus.
  5. You need 2 of kuning telur.
  6. It's of vanila.
  7. It's 1 sdm of tepung maizena.

Langkah Memasak Portugese Egg Tart

  1. Giling tipis puff pastry. Cetak kedalam cetakan. Sy pake cetakan aluminium yang kecil. Lalu tusuk dengan garpu.
  2. Aduk bahan isi dan masak sampe mendididih..
  3. Tuang kedalam adonan puff pastry.
  4. Panggang dalam oven suhu 200 derajat sampai matang.
