Bahan Membuat Egg tart / portuguese eggtart
- You need secukupnya of kulit puffpastry instat.
- Prepare of bahan custard :.
- It's 3 butir of kuning telor.
- Prepare 1 sdt of tepung maizena.
- Prepare 1 sdm of tepung custard.
- Prepare 150 ml of susu evaporated.
- It's 1 saset of skm putih.
- Prepare 3 sdm of gula pasir (sesuai selera).

- Keluarkan puffpastry dr freezer, biarkan smp tidak beku, taburi permukaannya dgn tepung..
- Gilas puffpastry sedikit tipis, potong mengikuti bentuk cetakan (saya ple cetakan pie), letakkan/bentuk diatas cetakan. Tusuk dasarnya dgn garpu. Sisihkan.
- Campur smua bahan isi, aduk smp tidak ada yg menggumpal (saring klo perlu). Panaskan sebentar dlm panci, jgn smp mendidih..
- Tuang bahan isi yg udh dingin ke dalam puffpastry yg udh dicetak, panggang dgn api atas bawah dlm oven yg udh dipanasin 190°c kurg lebih 35menit/smp permukaann custard tidak menmpel d tangan saat disentuh. (Sesuaikan dgn oven masing2).
