Bahan Membuat Sayur Mrico a.k.a Kelo Mrico (khas Rembang)
- It's 6 potong of daging ikan badong/ sesuai selera, potong jadi 2.
- You need 1 buah of jeruk nipis (optional).
- Prepare 2 L of air.
- You need 1,2 sdm of garam.
- It's 1 sdt of kaldu bubuk.
- It's 1 sdt of gula pasir.
- You need 1 sdt of asam jawa.
- Prepare 3 buah of tomat ukuran kecil, iris2.
- Prepare 2 batang of serai, keprek.
- It's 4 lembar of daun jeruk.
- Prepare 2 lembar of daun salam.
- You need 2 iris of tipis lengkuas.
- You need 1/2 sachet of lada bubuk instan.
- You need of 🍂 Bumbu Halus :.
- It's 6 butir of bawang merah.
- You need 4 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 5 ruas jari of kunyit.
- You need 6 buah of cabe rawit.
- It's 2 buah of cabe merah.
- Prepare 2 butir of kemiri.
- Prepare Seujung sdt of terasi udang.
Langkah Memasak Sayur Mrico a.k.a Kelo Mrico (khas Rembang)
- Bersihkan dan cuci ikan, kemudian potong jadi 2, beri perasan jeruk nipis ➡ sisihkan.
- Rebus air hingga mendidih, masukkan bumbu halus, lada bubuk, asam jawa, daun jeruk, daun salam, lengkuas dan serai.
- Tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu bubuk dan tomat ➡ aduk rata, koreksi rasa.
- Masukkan potongan ikan ➡ masak kurleb 10 - 15 menit ➡ angkat dan sajikan. Selamat mencoba 👏🎉.
