- It's 15 gr of susu bubuk full cream.
- You need 20 gr of coklat bubuk.
- It's 40 gr of terigu kunci biru.
- You need 60 gr of salted butter lelehkan.
- It's 1/2 sdt of pasta coklat.
- It's 1/2 sdt of simple syrup.
- You need 1 sdt of susu kental manis.
- You need of Selai blueberry.
- You need of Butter cream.
- You need of Coklat serut dan cery merah buat menghias.
Langkah Memasak Blackforest cake
- Panaskan oven 180 derajat.
- Mikser kecepatan tinggi gula pasir telur dan emulsifier sampai putih kental kira2 10 menit.turunkan kecepatan rendah masukkan terigu susu bubuk coklat bubuk yg sudah di ayak mikser sampai rata aja.jgan lama2 nanti bantat..
- Masukkan butter leleh pasta coklat susu kental manis perlahan aduk lipat pakai spatula sampai benar2 rata...
- Tuang di loyang bulat 18 cm oven sampai matang (tes tusuk)..saya pakai oven tangkring sejam lagi baru matang😁.
- Setelah itu saya buat lagi 1 resep biarkan dingin oles selai blueberry atas nya trus butter cream trus tumpuk lagi pake bolu yg satu nya poles butter cream tempel coklat serut lalu atas nya hias cherry merah jadi deh 😀.
