  8. It's 4 lbr of daun jeruk.
  9. It's 2 buah of cabe hijau besar, potong2.
  10. You need secukupnya of Rawit utuh.
  11. Prepare of Gula.
  12. It's of Garam.
  13. You need of Penyedap.
  14. You need 1/2 kotak of santan kara.
  15. You need of 🌸 Bumbu halus :.
  16. It's 8 btr of bwg merah.
  17. You need 5 btr of bwg putih.
  18. You need 3 btr of kemiri.
  19. It's 2 cm of kunyit.
  20. Prepare 2 btr of cabe merah besar.
  21. You need 1/2 buah of tomat.
  22. You need of Rawit (sesuai selera jika mau pedas).

Langkah Memasak Kotok'an Iwak Pe

  1. Tumis bumbu halus, laos, daun salam & daun jeruk hingga matang & tanak.
  2. Tambahkan air secukupnya & santan,biarkan mendidih. Lalu beri garam, gula, penyedap, masukkan kacang panjang, tahu, tempe, masak hingga kacang panjang mulai lunak, masukkan ikan pe, masak hingga matang.
  3. Tes rasa, lalu tambahkan cabe hijau & cambah ale, masak sebentar,angkat, sajikan.
