Bahan Membuat Kotokan Iwak Pe + Tempe

  1. You need 8 potong of iwak pe asep (digoreng setengah mateng).
  2. You need of Tempe sesuai selera sya cma 6 potong (digoreng setengah mateng).
  3. You need 1 bungkus of santan kara 65ml.
  4. Prepare 2 ruas of lengkuas.
  5. You need 2 lbr of daun salam.
  6. You need 3 of cabe ijo (diiris serong).
  7. It's 1/2 papan of petai (bisa skip).
  8. Prepare 1 buah of tomat (diiris).
  9. You need sesuai selera of Cabe rawit.

  11. You need 7 siung of bawang putih.
  12. You need 9 siung of bawang merah.
  13. Prepare 3 of cabe merah kriting.
  14. You need 4 of cabe rawit.
  15. Prepare 1 ruas of kunir.
  16. Prepare 1 ruas of jahe.
  17. It's 2 lbr of daun jeruk.
  18. You need of Gula.
  19. You need of Garam.
  20. It's of Air.
  21. You need of Minyak goreng untuk menumis.

Langkah Memasak Kotokan Iwak Pe + Tempe

  1. Haluskan semua bumbu halus.
  2. Tumis semua bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, cabe ijo, cabe rawit utuh dan tomat..
  3. Masukkan tempe dan ikan pari, tambahkan santan, air, gula dan garam..
  4. Cek rasa dan masak sampai bumbu meresap.
