  12. Prepare 100 ml of Minyak Sayur.

Langkah Memasak Blackforest HelloKitty

  1. Siapkan dan timbang bahan sesuai takaran.
  2. Mixer Bahan A sampai kental berjejak -+ 10 menit.
  3. Campur dan Ayak bahan B terlebih dulu, turunkan mixer ke speed rendah dan masukkan sedikit demi sedikit pada adonan pertama, mixer sebentar asal rata.
  4. Masukkan lagi bahan C dan mixer sebentar sampai tercampur rata semua.

  6. Kukus dengan api sedang cenderung kecil (agar permukaan adonan tidak bergelombang dan menggelembung) -+30 menit.
  7. Setelah matang biarkan agak dingin dulu baru keluarkan dari loyang.
  8. Belah menjadi 2 bagian dan tumpuk dengan menambahkan buttercream ditengahnya (agar terkesan lebih tinggi dan besar saat di hias).
  9. Ratakan luarnya dengan buttercream dan hias sesuai selera 👌💕.
