Bahan Membuat Kotokan Iwak Pe + Tempe

  1. Prepare 8 potong of iwak pe asep (digoreng setengah mateng).

  8. You need 1 buah of tomat (diiris).

  11. Prepare 7 siung of bawang putih.
  12. Prepare 9 siung of bawang merah.
  13. Prepare 3 of cabe merah kriting.
  14. You need 4 of cabe rawit.
  15. You need 1 ruas of kunir.
  16. You need 1 ruas of jahe.
  17. It's 2 lbr of daun jeruk.
  18. It's of Gula.

  21. Prepare of Minyak goreng untuk menumis.

  2. Tumis semua bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, cabe ijo, cabe rawit utuh dan tomat..
