Bahan Membuat Chawan mushi/MPASI 13M+

  1. It's 4 butir of telur puyuh.
  2. You need Sejempol of wortel (parut).
  3. Prepare 2 sdm of santan(saya peras sendiri).
  4. It's Sejumput of kaldu jamur dan garam.
  5. Prepare Secukupnya of daun bawang dan bawang goreng.
  6. Prepare 6 sdm of air matang hangat.

Langkah Memasak Chawan mushi/MPASI 13M+

  1. Kocok telur menggunkan garpu,tambahkan kaldu,garam,santan dan air.
  2. Parut wortel taruh di dasar mangkok,lalu siram dengan kocokan telur menggunakan saringan(sebelumnya sudah saya saring 1 kali).
  3. Taburkan daun bawang dan bawang goreng.
  4. Panaskan kukusan,lalu masukan mangkok dg ditutup mengunakan pirik keramik atau kertas aluminiumfoil..
  5. Kukus dg api kecil 8-10menit..
  6. Matang,angkat,bismillah siap disajikan.
  7. Hasilnya lembut kayak puding.si kecilpun lahap.
