  5. You need 1 siung of bawang putih.
  6. You need 2 buah of tomat.
  7. You need 1 sdm of saus tomat.
  8. You need 2 potong of tofu telur.
  9. You need Secukupnya of air.
  10. You need Secukupnya of gula, garam dan kaldu jamur.
  11. Prepare Secukupnya of oregano bubuk.
  12. You need Secukupnya of minyak zaitun.

Langkah Memasak Spagetti Bolognese (MPAsi 13+)

  1. Rebus mie beri sedikit garam tunggu hingga aldente, tiriskan lalu beri minyak zaitun secukupnya agar tidak lengket. Sisihkan.
  2. Potong dadu bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat, bawang bombay dan tofu.
  3. Goreng tofu dahulu hingga agak berkulit, lalu masukkan semua bawang, tumis hingga harum.
  4. Masukkan daging sapi, lalu masukkan tomat beri air hingga semua terendam, tunggu hingga mengental, lalu tambahan saus tomat.
  5. Masukkan gula, garam, kaldu jamur dan oregano, cek rasa..
  6. Sajikan mie lalu tuang saus bolognese diatasnya.
