- It's 150 gr of tepung terigu.
- You need 2 butir of telur ayam kampung.
- You need of Meises.
- Prepare of Keju quick melt.
- Prepare of Selai coklat.
- You need of Gula.
- You need 50 gr of Mentega dilelehkan.
- You need 1 lembar of keju craft.
- It's 100 ml of UHT.
- Prepare 2 of pisang ambon / sunpride.
Langkah Memasak Steamed banana choco cheese cake (MPASI 13 bulan)
- Campur telur dan gula. Aduk rata. Lalu campur tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata.
- Blender pisang, susu UHT, keju craft, mentega (sudah dicairkan) sampai halus.. lalu taruh di atas adonan telur dan tepung.. aduk sampai rata.
- Siapkan loyang/wadah tahan panas yang telah diolesi mentega.
- Taruh setengah adonan dan steam selama 10 menit.
- Setelah 10 menit. Taruh keju parut dan meises hingga menutupi cake. Stlh selesai letakkan setengah adonan lg d atasnya.
- Steam kembali 10-15 menit hingga matang. Setelah matang tunggu dingin dan kemudian balik cake.
- Siapkan selai coklat yang sudah dicampur air matang. Lalu taruh di atas cake yg sudah matang atau dingin.
- Masukkan dalam chiller.
