Langkah Memasak Mpasi 13m+ (menu anak) crispy quinoa

  1. Masak quinoa dengan air hingga matang (proses masak quinoa udah aku post di postingan sebelumnya). Diamkan hingga suhu ruang.
  2. Rebus brokoli hingga 1/2 matang, tuang di air es, iris halus daunnya.
  3. Dalam 1 mangkok, jadi 1 quinoa, brokoli dan smua bahan lainnya (kecuali minyak) aduk2 hingga merata.
  4. Bentuk quinoa dengan measurement cups (aku pake yg ukuran 1/4 cup).
  5. Goreng diatas minyak panas hingga kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan diatas tissue minyak. Sajikan 😉.
