- You need 1 kg of daging sapi bagian iga.

- You need 2 ruas of lengkuas geprek.
- You need 5 lbr of daun jeruk.
- You need of Bumbu halus:.
- Prepare 10 bh of bawang merah.
- Prepare 5 siung of bawang putih.
- Prepare 2 ruas of kunyit.
- Prepare 1 ruas of jahe.
- It's 2 bh of cabe merah.
- It's 4 btr of kemiri.
- It's 2 sdt of ketumbar.

Langkah Memasak Gule Sapi Sunda
- Tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu cemplung hingga matang dan harum..
- Didihkan air, masukkan daging dan tumisan bumbu. Masak hingga daging empuk (jangan beri garam dulu ya).
- Setelah empuk, beri garam, gula merah, kaldu bubuk dan santan. Masak sambil diaduk-aduk lalu koreksi rasa. Angkat.
- Hidangkan hangat dengan acar dan bawang goreng.
