Bahan Membuat Regal Mango Float
- It's of Crust :.
- Prepare 150 g of Biscuit (hancurkan, tekstur sesuai selera).
- It's 50 g of Mentega (optional, cairkan).
- You need of Cream :.
- You need 350 ml of Whipped Cream (kocok kaku mengembang).
- It's 260 g of Cream Cheese.
- Prepare 50 g of SKM.
- Prepare of Mango Pure (blender semua bahan bersama) :.
- You need 1 bh of Mangga Harumanis bsr.
- Prepare of skm.
- Prepare of Air (dikiit saja).
- It's of Topping :.
- You need Potongan of buah Mangga.
- Prepare of Remahan Biscuit.
- Prepare 2 sdm of Syrup Mangga.
Langkah Memasak Regal Mango Float
- Buat crust jika mau pake mentega yang dicairkan, campurkan ke-2 bahan tsb hingga rata, sisihkan.
- Untuk cream (jika menggunakan WP bubuk, kocok dng air dingin hingga kaku) : campurkan SKM dan cream cheese, aduk rata lalu satukan dengan whipping cream, kocok rata, masukan kedlm piping bag, sisihkan.
- Masukan juga pure mangga kedlm piping bag terpisah.
- Penyajian : siapkan wadah kotak lalu masukan crust setelah itu pure mangga kemudian wipping cream kembali lagi ke crust dst... dst... sampai bahan2nya habis, terakhir dipaling atas harus cream lalu ratakan beri topping.
- Simpan dalam kulkas hingga set.
- Sajikan.
