  12. You need 6 sdm of gula pasir.
  13. Prepare of Bahan santan.
  14. You need 800 ml of santan kental dari 1 butir kelapa.
  15. It's 2 lembar of daun pandan.
  16. You need 1/2 sdt of garam.

Langkah Memasak Es cendol

  1. Masukan adonan cendol kedalam panci, aduk hingga tidak menggumpal, kemudian masak dengan api kecil di aduk2 terus sampai mendidih kemudian masukan di dalam cetakan cendol kemudian di bawahnya siapkan wadah berisikan air es.
  2. Lakukan sampai adonan habis dan cendol terbentuk di dalam wadah es.. kalau tidak ada cetakan cendol bisa gunakan plastik terus di lubangin ujungnya.
  3. Masak santan dengan daun pandan dan garam, di aduk terus sampai mendidih jangan sampai pecah ya santan nya jadi harus di aduk saat di masak.
  4. Panaskan air masukan gula merah, gula putih dan daun pandan masak sampai gula larut.
  5. Sajikan cendol bersama santan dan gula merah.
