  13. It's 350 gr of gula merah.
  14. You need 50 gr of gula pasir.
  15. You need 50 ml of air dan daun pandan.

Langkah Memasak Cendol

  1. Siapkan baskom yg berisi air dan es yg banyak, sisihkan.
  2. Campur semua bahan cendol di dalam pan anti lengket, masak sampai mengental dan berat. (aduk terus yah, jgn stop sampai mengental....).
  3. Panas panas langsung masukkan ke dalam cetakan cendol. Lalu tekan di atas baskom yang berisi air es. Lakukan sampai selesai. Harus cepat ya, kalo da dingin adonan susah dicetak lg..
  4. Santan: masak semua bahan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk (tidak perlu sampai mendidih) takut pecah santan..
  5. Sirup gula merah: masak semua bahan sampai mendidih dan wangi, dinginkan.
