Langkah Memasak Cendol

  1. Setelah air pandan sudah siap,siapkan wadah (panci) perbandingan hun kwe & air = 1:5 /1:4 (sesuai selera kekejalannya).
  2. Masak di api kecil sampai matang dan mengental (jgn berhenti untuk di aduk). Siapkan wadah diisi air bersih masukan adonan ke dlm cetakan lalu tekan didlm air yg sudah di sediakan.
  3. Setelah selesai dan dingin bisa di santap dengen cincau,nangka,santan dan es batu.
