Bahan Membuat Es cendol

  1. Prepare of ♡cendol:.
  2. Prepare 1 bks of tepung hunkwe warna hijau.
  3. You need 4 sdm of tepung beras.
  4. You need 200 ml of air daun suji (dibuat dari 4 lmbr daun suji yang diblende.
  5. You need 1 sdt of garam.
  6. Prepare 2 tetes of pasta pandan.
  7. It's secukupnya of air es.
  8. You need of ♡sirup gula merah :.
  9. It's 300 gram of gula merah.
  10. You need 350 ml of air.
  11. It's 4 sdm of gula pasir.
  12. You need of ♡santan:.
  13. Prepare 400 ml of santan dengan kekentalan sedang.
  14. You need 2 lmbr of daun pandan.
  15. It's 1 sdt of garam.

Langkah Memasak Es cendol

  1. Cara membuat cendol : →Campur tepung hunkwe dan tepung beras,air suji,air,garam,pasta pandan,masak hingga mengkilap,, →siapkan wadah berisi air es dan letakan saringan cendol diatasnya,tuang adonan cendol diatas saringan lalu tekan2 dengan sendok lebar hingga bulir2 jatuh ke air lakukan hingga habis →selesai,cendol sudah jadi,biarkan terendam air sampai cendol siap untuk dicampur/digunakan.
  2. Sirup gula: →campur semua bahan,masak hingga mendidih lalu saring biarkan dingin,,.
  3. Kuah santan : →campur semua bahan masak sambil diaduk terus hingga mendidih biarkan dingin.
  4. Penyajian : →saring cendol,ambil sesuai kebutuhan,tuang ke gelas lalu tambahkan sirup gula merah dan kuah santan,,tambahkan es batu jika suka.
